   I just tried your baking sour dough recipe and followed the directions exactly. And it’s still did not cook it thoroughly. So I tried the air fryer lead. And it’s still not cooked thoroughly. What am I doing wrong??

      Maybe your bread is larger than mine in which case you’ll need to cook it for longer.
