Elizabeth made the fudgy no-bake brownies from Dr Gregor’s How Not to Die cookbook yesterday. They’re so easy to make even a kid can do it. I just helped her a bit with the food processor. They’re delicious and healthy. There’s no sugar in the recipe and they’re gluten-free and vegan.
Ingredients
1 cup walnuts
1 1/3 cups pitted dates
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup crushed pecans
Put everything except the pecans in a food processor and mix until finely ground. Then transfer to a square baking tin and press down evenly. Sprinkle the pecans over the top then put it in the fridge for 1 hour. Easy!
