Just outside Aberfeldy is a red deer centre where you can feed some deer and get up close to a barn owl. We took the children there this afternoon and it was wonderful. I’ve never seen deer up close let alone hand-fed one. It looks like Daniel is feeding his hand to the stag in this next photo.
The blur in the next photo is the barn owl.

How atmospheric! Very Scottish.
These photographs are wonderful. You have a good eye and sense of composition!
I think that I have not seen a red deer. In my country, we have reindeers.
Children can have reindeer rides and they love them.
Winter fun for children

Have a good day!
That looks like great fun. We have some reindeer here too but not all that many. They used to be native to Scotland but were wiped out. A small colony was imported last century and from what I understand they’re doing well here.
