Daniel, who is 6 years old, has become obsessed with angry birds. He has started asking me for angry bird toys so I did what any self-respecting mother would do, I made him one. 🙂
Unfortunately the bird’s pupils are disproportionately large, hence the title for my post. This bird is high on cocaine.
Or maybe he’s in lurve… I must check out what angry birds really look like.
Daniel would be shocked to hear that someone doesn’t know what an angry bird looks like!
Just checked out some photos of the real angry birds. Yes, maybe the pupils are a little large but very clever crocheting in any event. Hats off to you! 🙂
Thank you, that’s very kind. I’m worried that now I’m going to get requests for all of the colours and also the bad piggies.
Well, there sure seem to be a lot of angry bird characters. Should keep you busy into the New Year. 🙂 And please don’t tell Daniel about my ignorance. It’s pretty widespread. Not long since I discovered what a ‘selfie’ was.
Your secret is safe with me 😉
I like it! You must do one of the pigs for him next.
Thank you! I think he’s expecting a pig next so I probably will. 🙂
I never heard of Angry Birds. Then I searched for it. I hate being the last to know. 😦
I don’t know how to crochet either. lol
Well I’m very glad I posted this so as to educate all those people out there who’d never heard of angry birds. I’m sure your life will be complete now that you know. 🙂
Almost!
Not complete until I can crochet one. 😦
Very cute – and I love the bushy ‘cross’ eyebrows.
Thanks, Mary. The eyebrows are particularly bushy 🙂
Love it!
Thanks.
Hey, I got my WP connectivity back. It’s been hell.
Re Bird. Does it come with chips 🙂
Very glad to hear it, Graham. And no, the bird doesn’t come with chips 🙂
oh, how sad. 😉
it looks more acceptable to me for that age group with those eyes for sure 😉
Thanks, Maya. Daniel is definitely very pleased with it. 🙂
I think you did a great job 🙂 Annie
Thanks, Annie.
Is York full of angry birds?
The birds, like the people here, are very friendly 🙂
You’re the MOM! Well done. 🙂
Thanks.
He is a brilliant little fellow!
Thanks, Denise. Daniel takes him to bed every night.
