I was forced to upgrade my phone recently as my old one no longer supported security updates, which meant I couldn’t use it for work. On the plus side, the new phone has a superior camera so I’ve been having fun photographing the pigeons as you can see. Here’s another selection from this morning.

You show their dignity. I’m used to them being called “flying rats” municipal employees maintaining their public spaces. They are just another bird.
I don’t like it when people describe them as “flying rats” but it is very common. I see it all the time on social media. That said, rats are very intelligent creatures and deserve a better reputation too.
