A YouTube channel I’ve found quite informative has been Dr John Campbell’s:

He’s a retired teaching nurse with a PhD rather than a medical doctor but obviously widely experienced. He has his own theories (re vitamin D) but he’s careful to emphasise they’re not so widely accepted so that’s fair enough. His earlier videos on other aspects of medicine look interesting, too, for when we’re not all overloaded with this particular branch of virology.
