It seems I was wrong about the Art Deco building holding up well. It’s gone. Like everything else.

    Yeah, that New Zealand "state-of-the-practice and strongly enforced building code that makes our structures well designed to cope with earthquake shaking" you mentioned previously is all spin like most of the stuff both our governments try to brainwash us with.If Sonny Bill thinks it's time to go….
