We sold our piano last week. I was worried a significant aftershock might topple it onto Daniel or Elizabeth. It didn’t fall on February 22nd, but friends of ours who live just around the corner from us had theirs fall over. We also sold our wardrobe, which did fall over and smash. Got $84 for it.
A couple more photos. I took these as I was driving past with my hand out the window of the car. Not something I recommend. They’re of the shops on the corner of Papanui Road with Harewood Road. There was a lovely children’s toy shop there.

The toy shop had already moved after Sept – it's opposite Northlands Mall now (changed name because it's no longer part of the Edex group, but the same people and cool stock).
