Last Friday Mum, Daniel and I went to the University of Aberdeen again as I wanted her to see King’s College Chapel which is only open on weekdays. We got all these nice photos.
This next photo is of the Evolutionary Loop 517 sculpture which was created by London artist Nasser Azam who was inspired by the iconic Sir Duncan Rice library which stands proudly opposite. There’s an interesting story about how the sculpture got its name on the university website.

The next photo is King’s College Chapel which is part of a quadrangle of buildings not unlike The Quad we visited in St Andrews which also has a chapel forming one boundary.

The next few photos are from inside the chapel which is similar to St Salvator’s in St Andrews as they were both constructed at around the same time except St Salvator’s is in a Gothic style and a bit bigger and grander. King’s College Chapel is more medieval in appearance with lots of woodwork.
